Klemmband AT, 3-piece Hinge

EXTRA SLIM AND EXTREMELY STRONG

The extremely slim design of the new generation hinges is striking. Thanks to its roller structure of only 18 mm, it offers a very elegant and discreet appearance on the door. Compared to the previous model, a significant thinning has been achieved in the other dimensions of the hinge as well. With a length of 167 mm, the three-piece version stands out as one of the most compact clamp hinges on the market. In addition to aesthetic concerns, while Dr. Hahn aims for less material usage in line with sustainability, it does not compromise on hinge durability.

The Klemmband AT is compatible with both DIN left and DIN right doors and features maintenance-free bearing points. The same hinge model can be used for both inward and outward opening doors. Furthermore, installation can be performed without distinguishing between the bottom and top hinges. It can be easily mounted at any desired point within the Euro-groove system; versions compatible with 16 mm groove dimensions are available. The opening angle is 180°.

Description

The Hahn Klemmband AT is adjustable in six directions without misalignment of the rollers:

Height adjustment: ±2.5 mm (on the installed door leaf)

Horizontal adjustment: ±1.5 mm (on the installed door leaf)

Tightness/Gasket pressure adjustment: ±0.3 mm (by rotating the bearing bush)

While making all these adjustments, the symmetry of the rollers is never compromised.
