CHIC Door 160 – Technical Specifications and Functions
3-Way Adjustability:
The CHIC Door 160 hinge can be adjusted in three different directions, allowing for full and precise alignment of the door:
- Side Adjustment: Lateral adjustment up to ±3 mm can be made using an Allen key on the adjustment bolts.
- Height Adjustment: Vertical adjustment between -2 and +3 mm can be performed via the adjustment screw.
- Compression Adjustment: A pressure (compression) adjustment of ±1 mm can be achieved by turning the screws on the sash hinge body.
Certification:
CHIC Door 160 has been tested in accordance with the EN1935 standard.
Functions:
This reversible hinge is concealed within the profiles, becoming completely invisible when the door is closed. It offers superior functionality thanks to its adjustability in three key directions: width, height, and gasket compression.
