GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The production and delivery process begins when the buyer makes the down payment and submits the final measurements to Pivotal or approves the technical drawing.

Since the products are custom-made, the buyer cannot cancel the order after the material supply or production process has started.

Delays that may arise from reasons beyond Pivotal’s control (material supply, supplier delays, etc.) will be reflected in the delivery time proportionally. In such cases, Pivotal is obliged to notify the buyer of the delay in writing.

The buyer’s pick-up time is a maximum of 2 months from the date the products are ready for shipment. If this period is exceeded, an additional storage fee may be applied to safely store the products.

Pivotal provides a 2-year warranty for the doors it manufactures. However, damages resulting from user errors (e.g., impact, breakage, scratches, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty of all electronic and mechanical equipment (locking systems, motorized accessories, card readers, etc.) used on the door is subject to the warranty conditions of the manufacturers of the relevant products.

Domestic invoices are not issued for export transactions. Export-registered invoices can be issued, or the export process can be carried out by Pivotal. If this service is provided by Pivotal, an export transaction fee of 120 USD will be applied.

In overseas sales, city or intercity transportation services belong to the buyer. Pivotal does not accept responsibility for delays or damages that may arise from these transportations.

Overseas installation can be offered by Pivotal upon request, in exchange for an installation fee to be determined in addition to all travel expenses (plane, accommodation, meals, etc.).

In domestic sales, transportation and installation services belong to the buyer unless otherwise stated in the offer. Upon request, Pivotal can organize these services for an additional fee.
